One thing about Jesus, He had a knack for turning conventional thinking upside down. For example, when you read His teachings from scripture, you see that His definition of success is completely different than ours. Jesus said that real success in life comes from being a servant. A servant? In our culture, that’s the last thing anyone wants to be! And yet that is exactly the attitude and lifestyle we are to take on. Difficult? Impossible? Not with Jesus as our example – Jesus, who came “to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
